Steven Watson is the Managing Director of Stepwell Consultancy Ltd. an innovative social enterprise company, based in Inverclyde, delivering a range of high quality health and wellbeing services to organisations and businesses throughout Scotland. Focused on impact, our person-centred approach enables us to journey with clients as they embrace ‘a change in the right direction’. Steven loves work but recognises the constant need to keep a balanced perspective on personal drivers and people’s expectations to ensure his workload doesn’t become synonymous with life and real life priorities do not get sacrificed in the process. His passion is supporting people to understand their primary motivations, identify who they are and fulfil their full potential in both work and life. He is also passionate about business for social purposes with Stepwell established on core social impact values. Steven is married to Ali and together they have three children, Joshua (8), Aimee (4) and Ethan (2).
