Barry Rogers is a sales professional specialising in Personal Development, Organizational Development and Performance Coaching. Following a military career with the Royal Engineers, Barry embarked on a successful sales career with a major speciality building chemical manufacturer developing and motivating effective direct sales teams throughout the United Kingdom. Barry also has significant experience in European and Middle East markets where he has worked with Multi-National Companies (MNC’s). Since 2001 Barry has been actively engaged in the development of successful international teams where cultural preferences often significantly influence the effectiveness and ultimately the success of the organization. Whilst Barry’s knowledge and experience are valued globally, his primary focus is France, Finland and Philippines.
